My Name is Jim Krawiecki, I work as an administrator at the offices of the British Mountaineering Council. Apart from my interest in Hillwalking and Mountaineering I am also a keen Canoeist/Kayaker. I have paddled on many of the exciting white water rivers of England, Scotland and Wales, as well as many of those in the French Alps.
It is my passion for Sea Kayaking which has driven me to write a Guidebook on the Welsh coast, for Sea Kayakers. The Book is called 'Welsh Sea Kayaking' and is due to be published in September 2006 by Pesda Press. 'Welsh Sea Kayaking' has been co-written by photographer and keen sea kayaker Andy Biggs. The book divides the welsh coast into 7 sections of which Andy and myself have written 3 and a bit each. Each section contains a series of chapters that describe bitesize chunks of coastline. Information includes tides, launching/landing places and acommodation. Many of the chapters lay back to back, making it easy to plan longer journeys.
That's all for now, I really must get back to writing.
